Rank Structure

- LISTED BELOW IS THE OFFICIAL RANKING STRUCTURE FOR BLACKBEARD TACTICAL

ADM | ADMIRAL
VADM | VICE ADMIRAL

CDRE | COMMODORE: Elected Command by Admirals Office (Position is considered equal to Captain)
CPT | CAPTAIN: Server Owners and Operators (Position is considered equal to Commodore)

1MT | FIRST MATE: Senior Officer, Awarded for performance, experience, and loyalty.
2MT | SECOND MATE: Default Officer Rank awarded to any service member or first responder personnel that pass the Officer Exam and are voted in by the Captains Quarters and Admirals Office.

QTM | QUARTERMASTER: First  Officer Rank granted after the completion of the Officer Exam and voted in by the Captains Quarters and Admirals Office.

HGNR | HELM GUNNER: This is the lowest rank Service and First Responders default to upon acceptance into Special Operations.

BSN | BOATSWAIN: Individuals that have taken major initiative in supporting their troops and assisting in recruitment, organization, footwork such as training and onboarding.

HLMN | HELMSMAN: This is the first rank that can be put in any official capacity of leadership. They've proven that they are capable of organizing and leading an entire fireteam.

CRS | CORSAIR: This rank is awarded to operators who have exhibited leadership qualities and have taken initiative on multiple occasions to ensure that members are taken care of and tasks are being completed efficiently.

BUC | BUCCANEER: One step above Pirate, these operators have proven themselves in combat and expressed the desirable ability to set an example and lead by example.

PRT | PIRATE: The first operational rank, generally granted after orienting oneself with the rest of the group. (All Special Operations Ranks will default to this rank)
